Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our digital marketing services, specializing in SEO and website development. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and effectively pitching our services to businesses of all sizes. Your goal will be to increase our client base and revenue through proactive sales efforts and relationship building. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Utilize various sources to identify and generate leads, including online research, networking events, and industry publications. 2. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our digital marketing services and assess their needs and requirements. 3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our SEO and website development services. 4. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives. 5. Customized Solutions: Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address the specific needs and pain points of each client, effectively positioning our services as the ideal solution. 6. Link Building: Cultivate and maintain strong links with prospects and clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. 7. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. 8. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. 9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 10. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities, using our CRM system. 11. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. 12. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding client needs, market trends, and potential areas for service improvement. Qualifications: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably selling digital marketing services. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals. 4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and driving sales. 5. Solid understanding of SEO principles and website development concepts. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking. Benefits: Base Salary with commission based on sales closed. Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM On-Site Required Male/Female both can apply.
